Tess Doig
Tess is a degree-qualified Naturopath with over 13 years of clinical experience, specialising in fertility and women’s health across the lifespan. Combining evidence-based naturopathy with a deep understanding of how hormones, lifestyle, and modern stressors affect women’s health, Tess supports patients from preconception to pregnancy, perimenopause, and beyond.
Tess has a special focus on complex fertility cases, unexplained infertility, and preconception care, helping couples optimise their health through personalised interventions in nutrition, hormones, and lifestyle. She also offers expert care for endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, adult acne, ADHD support, and recurrent miscarriage. Her approach also covers hormonal imbalances, chronic vaginal infections, thyroid disorders, autoimmune disease, and mental health concerns.
As a mother of two, Tess understands the challenges and joys of starting and growing a family. Her personal experience informs her compassionate, holistic approach to supporting women throughout their fertility journeys and transitions into motherhood.
Using a combination of functional testing, including gut and vaginal microbiome assessments, DNA testing, and blood pathology analysis, Tess identifies the root causes of health concerns. She crafts individualised treatment plans, integrating nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, and lifestyle modifications to help clients achieve their health goals and restore balance.
Tess is an advocate for integrative medicine, working closely with other healthcare providers, including GPs, fertility specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure her patients receive comprehensive, collaborative care.
