Tess Doig

Tess is a degree-qualified Naturopath with over 13 years of clinical experience, specialising in fertility and women’s health across the lifespan. Combining evidence-based naturopathy with a deep understanding of how hormones, lifestyle, and modern stressors affect women’s health, Tess supports patients from preconception to pregnancy, perimenopause, and beyond.

Tess has a special focus on complex fertility cases, unexplained infertility, and preconception care, helping couples optimise their health through personalised interventions in nutrition, hormones, and lifestyle. She also offers expert care for endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, adult acne, ADHD support, and recurrent miscarriage. Her approach also covers hormonal imbalances, chronic vaginal infections, thyroid disorders, autoimmune disease, and mental health concerns.

As a mother of two, Tess understands the challenges and joys of starting and growing a family. Her personal experience informs her compassionate, holistic approach to supporting women throughout their fertility journeys and transitions into motherhood.

Using a combination of functional testing, including gut and vaginal microbiome assessments, DNA testing, and blood pathology analysis, Tess identifies the root causes of health concerns. She crafts individualised treatment plans, integrating nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, and lifestyle modifications to help clients achieve their health goals and restore balance.

Tess is an advocate for integrative medicine, working closely with other healthcare providers, including GPs, fertility specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure her patients receive comprehensive, collaborative care.

Tess is available for in-person consultations in Margaret River and City Beach, Western Australia along with online consultations worldwide.

Client Testimonials

“I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for the incredible care and support I've received from Tess throughout my entire journey, from conception, through pregnancy, and into postpartum. Tess has been an absolute rock and a guiding light during some of the most transformative (and at times, challenging) seasons of my life.
What truly sets her apart is her deep kindness and genuine passion for what she does. She takes the time to truly listen, understand, and always strives to find the most thoughtful, personalised treatment to support my body and mind. Her care goes beyond just managing symptoms, she works to uncover root causes and help me feel truly well.”

”Tess has been my naturopath for the last 7-8 years. She has seen me through my preconception journeys , 4 pregnancies, 2 babies and now my daily healthcare as a post partum Mum. Her knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. I trust her advice whole heartedly and I know she cares deeply about each and every one of her patients. Tess is phenomenal and I will continue to see her as long as she is still working.”

“I’ve used Tess’s services for preconception care twice. In between my first and second baby we had recurrent miscarriages and tess was especially helpful during this time. Tess is so knowledgeable, thorough and experienced. She also has such a warm and gentle presence you automatically feel comfortable around her. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough for all things women’s health especially fertility.”
